Veteran now correctly gives stat bonuses.

- Sanctification now correctly affects shifted units.
- Wood Elf Ranger's game text now correctly hints when exerted.
- Karlemayn and Cindra avatars no longer incorrect validate for Standard format.
- Praying for Forgiveness' game text is now correctly applied to shifted units.
- Gnome Alchemist now correctly grants units that have been shifted +1 damage bonus.
